Transport and Delivery
For security reasons, the Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address registered on the order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated by the Customer and at the time of delivery the signature of the Customer or a delegate older than 18 years will be required. made deliveries to post office boxes.
For every order placed on the Site, Petrae Gioielli Milano issues a receipt for the Products shipped, sending it by e-mail to the holder of the order, pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. For the issue of the receipt, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No change in the receipt will be possible after its issue.
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are clearly highlighted in the order form.
All purchases will be delivered by selected courier (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, public holidays and local or national holidays. Petrae Gioielli Milano is not responsible for unforeseeable delays and / or attributable only to the Courier against which the complaints of the case must be made. Delivery times range from 3 to 5 days.
In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with Article 61 of the Consumer Code, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days starting from the day following the conclusion of the contract in compliance with the preceding paragraph, unless Petrae Gioielli Milano communicates - within the same term or by the latest agreed delivery date, also by e-mail - the impossibility of delivering the Products ordered following the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products. In the event of such communication, Petrae Gioielli Milano will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the payment of the supply.
In the event that, in response to Petrae Gioielli Milano's communication of a delay in the delivery date, the Customer wishes to cancel the order, any amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 ( thirty) days from the date of receipt by Petrae Gioielli Milano of the communication of cancellation of the order, except for customized Products.
For the delivery of the Products, the presence of the Customer or his representative at the address of the recipient indicated in the order is required. Upon delivery of the Products by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
(i) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document (DDT);
(ii) that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials. Any damage to the packaging and / or the Product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately notified in writing on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed without the Customer having made any objection, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of the delivered package.
Shipping cost
Petrae Gioielli Milano ships all over the world by express courier. Petrae Gioielli Milano does not ship to PO Boxes.
In accordance with the international laws governing trade and import export exchanges, ALL the goods of Petrae Gioielli Milano are shipped from Milan (Italy).
The goods may be subject to the payment of import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the final customer.

Italy: 10 euros (free above 200 euros)
Europe: 15 euros (free above 200 euros)
Japan: 30 euros (free above 250 euros)
Australia: 30 euros (free above 250 euros)

Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the provisions of Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c), of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal, cancellation or return, which would otherwise be available, is excluded in the case of orders relating to customized Products, for example items with names and / or writings specifically requested in the order by engraving the Customer's initials on the Product.
Petrae Gioielli Milano wishes to guarantee complete customer satisfaction. Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products, other than the customized ones referred to in paragraph 12, purchased on the Site within the term of 14 (fourteen) days starting from the date of receipt of the Products. All references in the Lettering collection are to be considered personalized.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Petrae Gioielli Milano will refund the full price of the Products as long as they are returned by the Customer within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal unworn, unused and undamaged, as well as accompanied by the relative original receipt, and with the institutional packaging.
Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.
The costs for returning the Products are charged to the Customer; any expenses incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable.
Petrae Gioielli Milano undertakes to reimburse the Customer without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt by the same of the notice of withdrawal from the contract pursuant to art. 54 of the Consumer Code; and will send an e-mail notification once the refund has been made.
It is recommended to send the Products to be returned using a courier, insuring the full amount of the goods, and taking care to receive a tracking number to allow tracking of the shipment. Petrae Gioielli Milano will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation relating to Products shipped by the Customer but which have never been received by Petrae Gioielli Milano due to loss, theft or damage that are not attributable to the same.
Sostituzione Prodotti
Petrae Gioielli Milano intende fornire ai Clienti la possibilità di sostituire i Prodotti acquistati sul Sito e a tal fine il Cliente dovrà obbligatoriamente seguire la procedura di seguito indicata.
Il Cliente che non sia integralmente soddisfatto o che ritenga vi sia una discrepanza con l’ordine fatto dovrà conservare tutta la documentazione relativa alla consegna e il Prodotto stesso nella sua confezione originale e contattare immediatamente Petrae Gioielli Milano.
Il Prodotto da sostituire dovrà pervenire a Petrae Gioielli Milano nello stato originario di invio.
Si prega di notare che nel procedimento di sostituzione si procederà prima a rimborsare l’importo pagato dal Cliente con le medesime modalità di pagamento utilizzate dal Cliente per l’acquisto e poi si effettuerà la nuova transazione.
Le spese di spedizione relative alla restituzione del Prodotto sono a carico del Cliente.
Il Prodotto sostitutivo sarà inviato al Cliente a mezzo corriere senza l’addebito di ulteriori costi di spedizione esclusivamente nel caso in cui la sostituzione sia effettuata dal Cliente per difetto del Prodotto.
Qualora un Prodotto venduto da Petrae Gioielli Milano dovesse presentare un vizio di produzione e comunque per qualunque difetto di conformità relativo a Prodotti venduti da Petrae Gioielli Milano, il Cliente dovrà contattare immediatamente l’assistenza on line.
Alla vendita dei Prodotti si applicano le garanzie legali previste dagli articoli 129, 130 e 132 del Codice del Consumo. Il Cliente ha diritto al ripristino, senza spese, della conformità del bene mediante riparazione o sostituzione ovvero, nel caso in cui tali rimedi fallissero, ad una riduzione adeguata del prezzo o alla risoluzione del contratto. Il Cliente decade da tali diritti se non denuncia a Petrae Gioielli Milano il difetto di conformità entro il termine di due mesi dalla data in cui ha scoperto il difetto.
